I have been in the real estate industry since 1997. I have worked in every facet of real estate from receptionist to real estate agent. In 2005 I joined The Hensley Group as Assistant/Transaction Coordinator for the team and in 2006 I received my real estate license. I currently negotiate all short sales for the team as well as work with the bank owned properties. Over the past 13 years I have dealt with the changing market and have had the opportunity to learn and grow in several different areas.
Tanya:
I have over 6 years of real estate experience. I started working at Prudential Ca Realty where I started as a Transaction Coordinator/Assistant. I got my real estate license in 2006 and focused on land sales and became the land specialist for Prudential. I joined The Hensley Group in 2008 as a Transaction Coordinator/Assistant. I now assist on all all aspects of a Standard sales and Bank Owned Sales. I pride myself with excellent customer service to help every transaction to close as smoothly as possible.
