I rarely give reviews but think this one is worth the time to write. We decided to list our Murrieta home and took time to interview several agents even though the market was ?HOT?. We felt that we needed to do our due diligence up front and pick a strong agent that we felt would best represent us in our real estate transaction. (A bulldog!!!) After interviewing several agents, we decided to pick Marcel Hensley and her team to sell our home. It didn?t take long to realize we picked the right agent? Marcel immediately took control (in a good way) and gave us advise on how to make our home presentable to sell. Marcel and her team worked hard on marketing our home in a manner that showcased it in the most elegant and appealing way. Marcel not only sold our home, she showcased it? Some would say that in a market like we are in today (2021), all an agent has to do is list it and it will sell and to some degree they would be right.
