Our house sold the first day on the market. She is an excellent negotiator and represented our needs and concerns throughout the sale. We had a short escrow and Marcel was able to find just the right new home for us and again took care of every detail on our purchase. She was always on top of both transactions via phone, text or email. Both escrows closed as set forth in the sale agreements. I rarely give reviews but think this one is worth the time to write. We decided to list our Murrieta home and took time to interview several agents even though the market was ?HOT?. We felt that we needed to do our due diligence up front and pick a strong agent that we felt would best represent us in our real estate transaction. (A bulldog!!!)
