When move up our planned listing date by 5 months, Marcel came to our house the next day to give us recommendations on what to do with regard to decluttering, depersonalizing, and light repair work. Marcel is simply amazing. First, she worked with us to get our home looking its best, price it appropriately for our market and has a terrific photographer to get beautiful photos. She is very experienced and really knows the real estate market. After we accepted an offer, she walked us through every inspection and coordinated with the buyer’s agent and escrow to address all the details. She communicated regularly and was always available to answer our questions. Additionally, although very professional she is a lovely person and easy to be around. My selling experience with Marcel was great! Her knowledge and experience gave me a tremendous advantage over the competition in the marketplace. I needed to stay in my house for a few months after the sale until my new house was available.
