My experience with Marcel started when I did a phone interview with her and three other highly ranked realtors in our area. The helpful, but not pushy, follow-up I got from Marcel from the phone interviews immediately put in front of the others. When move up our planned listing date by 5 months, Marcel came to our house the next day to give us recommendations on what to do with regard to decluttering, depersonalizing, and light repair work. Her suggestions really made our house look great for photos and showings and my wife and I were grateful for her guidance and the end results! The team that Marcel works with, including the escrow officer and photographer, did a great job and were very helpful. Marcel is simply amazing. First, she worked with us to get our home looking its best, price it appropriately for our market and has a terrific photographer to get beautiful photos. She is very experienced and really knows the real estate market. After we accepted an offer, she walked us through every inspection and coordinated with the buyer’s agent and escrow to address all the details. She communicated regularly and was always available to answer our questions. Additionally, although very professional she is a lovely person and easy to be around. My selling experience with Marcel was great! Her knowledge and experience gave me a tremendous advantage over the competition in the marketplace. I needed to stay in my house for a few months after the sale until my new house was available. The thought of having to rent an apartment, arrange for temporary utilities and move twice, kept me up at night. Marcel was able to negotiate a deal that helped me avoid that situation. Marcel has clients with properties far more valuable than mine but you would never know it based on her responsiveness to my needs. Marcel is an amazing agent. When we hired her to list our home, she jumped right in with her marketing expertise, had a beautiful video of our home made and prepared a colorful well informative flyer of the property. Our house sold the first day on the market. She is an excellent negotiator and represented our needs and concerns throughout the sale. We had a short escrow and Marcel was able to find just the right new home for us and again took care of every detail on our purchase. She was always on top of both transactions via phone, text or email. Both escrows closed as set forth in the sale agreements. We are so appreciative of her representation of us and all the extra help she provided.
